The POLYMAT G3 has many unique features and designs that separate it not only from other air curtains but also for natural ventilation systems. Unlike other air curtain systems this latest design does not require a trough. This prevents damage to the membrane from soaking in water or laden with debris, rust and rodents. The patented, welded on four sides, square celled membrane has more strength and a greater insulation value than standard round celled bags. The membrane is fabricated of a clear ultra resistant UV protected polyethylene film. This allows for maximum light transmittance while creating an effective environmental barrier from the exterior elements.
Multiple studies have demonstrated that natural light increases productivity and animal comfort. The end kit’s mechanical components are protected by an HDPE cover that resists UV rays and protects vital components from the elements. The inflation blowers are controlled through a climate computer designed to ensure the best quality of air within the building.
